RETURNS WITHIN THE USA

 

Our products have been curated with beauty, thoughtfulness, and sustainability in mind. The “buy to return” culture takes a toll on the environment in many ways, and we encourage you to think carefully before making any purchase. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, however, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@shopfaire within 7 days of receiving your goods and issues will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
 
 
All sale items and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Faire Collection will not be responsible for lost returns and a return will not be issued without tracking information. 
 
 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

At this time, we cannot accept returns on international sales.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order has arrived damaged or you’ve received the incorrect item, send us a message at info@shopfaire.com with photos of the item and the packaging. Items will be assessed and replaced or refunded.

We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges incurred during shipping. Items returned to us due to an improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.
